Eligibility Requirements:

• Applicants must be between the ages of 5 and 18 (Kindergarten through 12th grade).

• Students must have an IEP (Individualized Education Plan) or documented need for specialized education services.

• Families must commit to the full-time schedule (Monday through Friday).

1. Exclusion Criteria:

   • For the safety of all students and staff, individuals displaying extreme physical aggression that poses a risk to themselves or others cannot be admitted.

   • Students must demonstrate an ability to engage in small-group learning environments (up to five students per class).

2. Additional Requirements:

   • Completion of the enrollment packet, including all necessary documentation.

   • A pre-enrollment evaluation meeting with staff to assess individual needs and alignment with the school’s resources.
